
Roxane Gardner, M.D., M.P.H. is a Board-Certified Obstetrician-Gynecologist, Assistant Professor of Obstetrics, Gynecolocy and Reproductive Biology at Harvard Medical School, and a faculty member of Brigham and Women's Hospital's Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is a member of the Rapid Response Committee of the Department of Obstetrics at the Brigham and Women's Hospital. Prior to 1999, she was a generalist in Obstetrics and Gynecology and a full time faculty member of Boston's Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. She has been a faculty member of The Center for Medical Simulation since January 2002, serving as a consultant in design and implementation of human simulation-based team training for labor and delivery personnel. She participates in research to improve patient safety and reduce medical error, and is pursuing a doctoral degree in Health Policy and Management at the Harvard School of Public Health.
